PilarInfra helps customers and workers connect for construction-related hiring. We provide a matching and communication platform and do not act as an employer of workers.

3. User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate details, communicate respectfully, and comply with applicable law. Misuse, fraud, harassment, and false information are prohibited.

4. Hiring and work outcome

Final hiring decisions are made by users. Scope, quality, timeline, and pricing terms should be confirmed clearly by customer and worker before starting work.

5. Verification and disclaimer

PilarInfra may perform profile checks and trust reviews, but no check is a full guarantee of future conduct or work quality.

6. Liability limitation

To the extent permitted by law, PilarInfra is not liable for direct agreements between users, worksite incidents, delays, payment disputes, or indirect losses.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove accounts or access for policy violations, safety risks, or legal reasons.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
